高层商住楼消防给水系统设计综述摘要:针对高层商住楼的火灾危险性较大,一旦发生火灾,势必会造成不可估量的损失,本文概述了高层商住楼的火灾特点,并从消防水池、水锤、增压设施、超压等方面简述了消防给水系统设计中的问题并总结了相应的解决措施。
在一定程度上可提高高层商住楼消防给水设计水平,提高商住楼的消防安全性。

2. 研究的基本内容、问题解决措施及方案
1 研究背景瑞源商住楼B座主体建筑为地上二十一层,地下一层。
地下一层为车库,建筑面积约1070m,地上一至二层为商铺,建筑面积1070~1232m,三至二十一层为住宅,每层建筑面积约570m。
总建筑面积约14000m2,建筑总高度66.2m。
